Red Arris was founded by a group of technology leaders with deep experience across a variety of different technical disciplines in the financial space: data architecture & analytics, software engineering, business process managment (BPM), IT strategy and IT leadership. While heading up technology teams for other organizations in the past, we felt that the available IT outsourcing solutions from many of the big names in the industry were a bit too impersonal and seemed to only offer a one-size-fits-all solution for everyone. Calls went unanswered, problem tickets came back with generic answers and technology solutions were prescribed that were either too much or not enough. We felt these big-name IT outsourcing shops lost their touch in an effort to scale, and we felt that we could do better.
